Ever try Warm Quinoa, Farro, or Rice Porridge? Based on a Black Rice version we had in Bali, it is sweet and creamy. Made with coconut or almond milk and honey, or sweetened condensed milk, it’s delish & nutrish. Add fruit & it’ll keep you going for hours!

  1. Helpful tip: grains cook a long time. Cook the grain part a day or two ahead while you are already in the kitchen doing something else. Then you just have to throw it in a sauce pot and finish off.

    • The cool thing about it is, you can add or subtract the condiments (bananas, blueberries, vanilla, toasted almond slivers, mango, cinnamon, apples,peaches, etc) each time. That way you can enjoy it over & over! 🙂
