  1. Everything on this plate, save for the pasta and cheese, is local. In farm season, there’s no excuse. It’s not hard to make. Layer in an ovenproof dish, like you would lasagna or ziti, using what fresh veg you have. Peppers, onions, squash, eggplant – whatever you like. Bake at 350* till hot, but not burnt. Time will vary on the ingredients & thickness. 🙂
